Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.
Categories Collected
Personal information categories in scope: identifiers such as IP and cookie IDs; internet activity data describing your use of this site; and contact information only where you submitted it. Everything comes either directly from your device or via an analytics or advertising partner.
Advertising and Sharing
No personal information is exchanged for money. But where advertising runs on this site, cookie and device identifiers may go to advertising partners, and the broad statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ can capture that. It is opt-out-able — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share data belonging to minors under 16.
Your Options
The rights are: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, plus in some states a right of appeal where a request is refused. Nobody is penalised for using them; you will not be charged differently or given a lesser version of the site.
Putting in a Request
Use hello@leadingleap.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
